UAE Team ADQ Initiates the End-of-Year Training Camp in Spain

Abu Dhabi – UAE, 14^th December 2023, UAE Team ADQ announced the start of its extensive end-of-year training camp in Spain, signaling the commencement of preparations for the 2024 season. The camp brings together the team’s riders, the UAE Development Team, and the Emirati Talent Program members.

The initial leg of the camp, held from December 9 to 20, features team-building activities, a combination of indoor and outdoor cycling, meditation, team and individual training sessions, the latest advice on bike configurations, and medical and fitness assessments.
