دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الخميس 22 مايو 2025:

رصدت “دبليو كابيتال” الشركة الرائدة في قطاع الوساطة العقارية في دبي، تجاوز المبيعات العقارية في دبي مستوى ربع تريليون درهم منذ بداية 2025 حتى يوم 22 مايو، في إشارة إلى للتدفقات القوية داخل

السوق، وللتأكيد أن وتيرة النمو ستظل مستمرة ولن يشهد تباطؤ قريبا.

وأشار الرصد الذي اعتمد على بيانات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك منذ بداية العام وحتى يوم 22 مايو 2025، إلى تجاوز المبيعات 250 مليار درهم عبر تنفيذ أكثر من 76 ألف صفقة عقارية، توزعت إلى 58.3 ألف وحدة سكنية، وأكثر من 6100 مبنى، و11700 قطعة أرض.
