توقع الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “الأندلس كورت يارد” للتطوير العقاري، صالح طباخ، أن يتجاوز إجمالي التصرفات العقارية بما في ذلك المبيعات والرهون والهبات في إمارة دبي مستوى 600 مليار درهم في عام 2023، وهي أعلى قيمة تاريخية سنوية على الإطلاق، مما يعكس الزخم المستمر داخل السوق الواعدة.

جاء ذلك على هامش احتفالية عُقدت مؤخراً في نادي “كابيتال كلوب” بمركز دبي المالي العالمي، وهو نادي الأعمال الخاص الأبرز في دبي. وشهد الحدث ترشيح طباخ كأصغر مطور عقاري قام بتسليم مشروعه في دبي خلال وقت قياسي قبل موعده.
