Al Rostamani Group announced that Emirati workers represent 12% of its total skilled workforce at the group, aims at elevating local talent and enhancing the professional landscape for Emiratis
Dubai (September 12, 2023) — Al Rostamani Group, a leading and diversified family business conglomerate in the UAE, announced that 12% of its total skilled workforce comprised of Emirati Nationals.
This announcement comes just before the participation of Al Rostamani Group at the annual Al Ru’ya careers fair and is committed to support the Emiratisation drive of the UAE government and expects it will herald a transformative era for the private sector, reshaping its DNA with a diverse and empowered workforce like never seen before in the country.

According to the UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, more than 20,000 Emiratis have joined UAE’s private sector since the beginning of 2023, bringing the total number of Emirati employees in the private sector to over 79,000, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 57% in the first quarter of 2023.
