Gather in Dubai for 2025 MEA MedTech Regulatory Summit

Dubai UAE — 31 January 2025 — Mecomed and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) hosted 2025 MEA MedTech Regulatory Summit at the voco Dubai in Dubai UAE on 30 January 2025. The event was the first ever collaboration between the two organizations and attracted 135 global regulatory professionals, industry leaders, and policymakers —across 25 countries—to address the evolving regulatory landscape for medical devices in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Abu Dhabi, UAE, May 2024 – Mecomed, the Medical Technology Association in the Middle East and Africa, recently participated in the Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week, organised by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council. This event marked a significant milestone in fostering collaborative efforts to integrate artificial intelligence within the healthcare sector.
