Summary of Weekly Real Estate Transactions for the Week Ending 11 August 2023

Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 9.7 billion in total during the week ending 11 August 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,103.
 235 plots were sold for AED 2.23 billion, 2,302 apartments and villas were sold for AED 5.76 billion.


 The top three transactions were a land in Al Wasl sold for AED 368.74 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 276 million in Trade Center Second, and a land sold for AED 181.21 million in Palm Deira in third place.
