عقارات دبي تسجل أعلى مبيعات نصف سنوية في تاريخها بقيمة 179.3 مليار درهم

يونيو يشهد رابع أعلى معدل مبيعات شهرية تاريخياً رغم عطلة العيد

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الثلاثاء، 27 يونيو 2023: أظهر رصد أعدته شركة “دبليو كابيتال للوساطة العقارية”، استمرار قوة الطلب داخل السوق العقارية في دبي مع تسجيل أداء استثنائي وتحطيم المبيعات العقارية لأعلى المستويات في النصف الأول من عام 2023، إذ تم إنجاز نحو 61 ألف صفقة بيع بقيمة 179.34 مليار درهم وهي الأعلى على الإطلاق كمبيعات نصف سنوية.

وتعليقاً على ذلك، قال وليد الزرعوني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال للوساطة العقارية”، إن القطاع العقاري يواصل تحطيم الأرقام القياسية على صعيد المبيعات والمعاملات؛ ليسجل النصف الأول من العام الحالي أفضل أداء نصف سنوي تاريخياً، مستفيداً من العوامل الداعمة داخل السوق والزخم الاقتصادي المتواصل.
