أعلنت شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، التي تتخذ من دبي مقراً، عن نجاحها في بيع دور كامل في مشروع برج “بالاس ريزيدنسز – نورث” الذي تطوره شركة إعمار العقارية في منطقة خور دبي.

وتعليقاً على ذلك، قال رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية وليد الزرعوني: “نجحنا من جديد في بيع دور سكني كامل في أحد المشاريع السكنية المميزة في دبي، وهو برج بالاس ريزيدنسز – نورث الذي تطوره شركة إعمار العقارية”.

“W Capital”  sold an entire  floor in Palace Residences

Dubai, United Arab Emirates  Sunday, May 28,  2023:

W Capital, the Dubai-based real estate brokerage  announced selling an entire floor in the “Palace Residences Tower North” project, which is being developed by Emaar Properties in the Dubai Creek area.

“We managed once more in selling an entire residential floor in one of the distinguished residential projects in Dubai, which is the Palace Residences Tower North, being developed by Emaar Properties,” said Waleed Al Zarooni, “W Capital” CEO.
