Located on the 68th floor of the world’s tallest 5-star hotel, Prime68 presents a new generation of steakhouse, where supreme quality ingredients are served in an elegant, yet modern style complete with panoramic views of Dubai’s breathtaking skyline. Hosted for one night only on May 2nd, guests will be treated to an exquisite 5-course dinner, crafted by Prime68’s renowned team of chefs, paired with a selection of grapes from Thelema Mountain Vineyards.
Each course will feature the finest locally sourced ingredients, expertly prepared to showcase the flavors of Prime68’s signature steaks and dishes, paired with a specially selected glass of grape to round out the experience.
The unique dining experience will start with an amuse-bouche of steak tartar with pickled mustard and potato gallete, followed by burrata with roasted red pepper escalivada on grilled sourdough, then a flavorsome lobster bisque served with brioche. The dinner continues with seabass Meunière with confit tomato and almonds, after which diners can indulge in a succulent Wagyu filet mignon A5 with fondant potatoes and Brussel sprouts, finishing the meal with a sweet tarte tatin and vanilla ice cream.
Thelema Mountain Vineyards’ grapes have earned critical acclaim for their exceptional quality and distinctive flavor profiles. Established in 1983, Thelema Mountain Vineyards is a family-run business nestled on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountain just outside of Stellenbosch in South Africa, with a commitment to meticulous and sustainable farming practices that allow the production of the highest quality grapes.
