IBPC Dubai in association with Indian Consulate Dubai organized Media Iftaar Event on 1st April 2023 at Taj Hotel Dubai, Business Bay.
The event was well attended by 80 + media personalities ranging from print media; electronic media; radio and television channels.
The event started with a welcome note by Secretary General of IBPC Dubai, Mr Siby Sudhakaran followed by a welcome address by Chairman IBPC Dubai, Mr Suresh Kumar.
Mr Kumar emphasized the importance of the Media’s role in bringing out the growing India – UAE relationship, and how the CEPA agreement is helping the business of both countries to flourish and prosper.
Mr Vinod Kumar, special correspondent Prasar Bharti, in his address explained how the media is working within Gulf Countries working to highlight the key achievements.
Hon. Members of Governing Board of IBPC Dubai, Mr Siddharth Balachandran and Mr Paras Sahadadpuri in their address highlighted the media’s role in cementing the trade and cultural bonding between India & UAE and how it is achieving newer heights every day.
Mr Abdullah Al Reyami UAE Editor In Chief Khaleej Times addressed the gathering, praising IBPC’s role in enhancing the India – UAE relationship in all many aspects.
The event concluded with a networking dinner.
