قال الخبير في إدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية صالح طباخ، إن سوق دبي العقاري يحافظ على الطلب القوي بالرغم من ارتفاع سعر الفائدة، وتوقعات الكثير من الخبراء بانخفاض الطلب حول العالم على العقار، إلا أن الإمارة تحافظ على الطلب بفضل أربعة أسباب رئيسة.

وأضاف طباخ، وهو أيضا الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “الأندلس كورت يارد للتطوير العقاري”، أن السبب الأول يعود لمتانة الاقتصاد الإماراتي وتحول دبي لوجهة رئيسية لهجرة الأموال والاستثمارات من دول عديدة من العالم لما تمتلكه دبي من ثقة عالية وما تقدمه أنظمتها من تسهيلات وضمانات تجعلها المكان الآمن للاستثمارات.
