Nutreema Advertising Hosts “A Mother’s Journey” Health Awareness Event, Where Fun Meets Wellness
Dubai, UAE – On Friday 24 February, Nutreema Advertising hosted “A Mother’s Journey,” under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Shamma Bin Mohammed Bin Khaled Al Nahyan together with American Hospital Dubai (The Strategic Partner).
A health awareness event that combined learning with laughter held at the Myrra Club Vista Mare Palm Jumeirah Dubai. Mothers and children alike enjoyed a fun-filled day of wellness and healthy living.
The event kicked off with an outdoor market featuring health, beauty, and fashion products, which kept the moms engaged while the kids played and had fun in the designated play area activated by Playtorium and Whatsinzbox.
After the market, attendees moved inside the restaurant for some delicious fine dining Greek tapas and wellness talks.
On behalf of H. H. Sheikha Shamma Al Nahyan: Dr. Fatima Al Shamsi, former Secretary General of the UAE University and Member of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan’s cultural Center, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of taking care of the mother’s health and wellness.
Mrs. Bernadette Abraham, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AFMC-certified Functional Medicine Coach, wowed the audience with her new book “Unjunk,” which provided insights into the root causes of ill health and the natural recovery of the body.
Dr. Arva Dhanaliwala, Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Fertility at American Hospital Dubai, tackled the topic of “Pelvic Floor Issues after Birth” and shared valuable insights into prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment.
Dr. Aalaa Quda, Specialist Dermatologist and Venereologist at American Hospital Dubai, kept the moms engaged with her tips on proper skincare routine, from skin protection to botox and fillers.
Ms. Nehaya Hasan from the Central Circle Company shared an alternative solution for hair loss problems, especially after childbirth, which was particularly interesting for moms looking for ways to keep their hair healthy and strong.
The event concluded with a relaxing yoga session for moms and kids on the beach led by
Saba Alzubaidi certified yoga teacher with 11 years of experience teaching worldwide.
