The conference of the Middle East and North Africa Society of Toxicology (MENATOX), which was hosted by the capital, Abu Dhabi, concluded from January 11 to January 14, 2022, and was attended by His Excellency Dr. Jamal Muhammad Al Kaabi, Undersecretary of the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi.

The conference aims to raise awareness of the safe use of medicines and the procedures necessary to reduce poisoning and how to properly deal with poisoning cases and their complications, thus preserving the health and safety of community members.
