توقع الخبير العقاري وليد الزرعوني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، التي تتخذ من دبي مقراً لها، أن تسجل سوق العقارات في دبي مبيعات قياسية غير مسبوقة تتجاوز 230 مليار درهم مع نهاية عام 2022، لتكون الأعلى على الإطلاق بعد تخطي مستوي مائتي مليار درهم لأول مرة مقابل 150 مليار درهم تم تحقيقها في العام الماضي.
