The track, titled Baila Baila, sung by Guamanian and America-based singer Starla Edney, was unveiled to a select audience of industry professionals and VIPs in a private screening this Friday, at Novo Cinemas 7 Star, at Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai.

(دبي)، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 12 مارس 2022: استفادة من استعادة الرقم القياسي في سوق العقارات بدبي، أطلقت سمانا للتطوير العقاري اليوم مشروع سمانا ويفز بتكلفة 165 مليون درهم في قرية جميرا الدائرية، حيث صُمم المشروع في برج يتكون من طابق أرضي + 26 طابق كمنتجع به الكثير من المسطحات المائية والمساحات الخضراء وأماكن لتنظيم الفعاليات، ويقع المشروع بجوار الطرق السريعة الرئيسية في دبي وعلى مقربة من متاجر التجزئة والأماكن الترفيهية في المدينة.
أعلنت سمانا للتطوير العقاري في مؤتمر صحفي عُقد في بداية هذا العام عن ثلاثة مشاريع جديدة، بما في ذلك سمانا ويفز، وهم سمانا جولف أفينيو2 وسمانا بارك فيوز وسمانا ويفز – بتكلفة إجمالية وقدرها 405 مليون درهم (110 مليون دولار أمريكي) وتقع هذه المشاريع في أرجان ومدينة دبي للاستوديوهات وقرية جميرا الدائرية.
