November 14, 2021, Dubai, UAE – Central, the latest Spanish inspired eatery at ME Dubai, the only hotel to be completely designed both inside and out by the late Dame Zaha Hadid, is launching an exquisite new Business Lunch Menu and Dinner Menu. The menus have been carefully designed to take guests, visitors and colleagues on a unique and comprehensive culinary journey, expertly blending distinctive flavours of Spanish cuisine and the country’s captivating culture into an epicurean feast for the senses.
Authentic dishes will be served with a modern-style twist, that will have anyone who dines at Central yearning to discover the secrets of flavour and flair instilled by Chef James into every dish. Every creation on both menus is carefully curated to provide an unforgettable contemporary Spanish dining experience, set amidst a cool and casual setting that is vibrantly energetic from day to night.
As many businesses return to full workspace capacity, Central’s Business Lunch Menu comes with an intriguing choice of four authentic and diverse starters, mains and desserts. The world-famous Gazpacho makes for an enticing and comforting starter that is light yet full of flavour and made with the freshest of vegetables to keep diners cool during the afternoon heat. The fish of the day is a clear choice for pescatarians when it comes to mains that is liberally infused with the sweetness of fennel, the tartness of oranges and is a gastronomic ode to Spain’s distinct oceanic history. End the afternoon on a sweet note with Central’s crowd favourite, Flanmenco – a delightful tart filled with sweet caramel, crunchy almonds and balanced with a rich trace of coffee.
Whether it is to discuss a business strategy or impress a client, the tantalizing Business Lunch Menu at Central is available as a two-course option at AED 95 or a three-course option at AED 125.
Central’s new Dinner Menu features a selection of traditional and classic tapas, and a mouth-watering range of grilled delicacies suited for both carnivores and seafood aficionados. Highlights across the tapas menu include Pintxos; a tempting appetizer with a topping of choice including mushroom, lamb or chicken, delicately placed on a sliver of toasted bread. The menu also includes the exquisite Gofre de Pato; slow cooked, tender and extremely flavourful duck legs glazed with sweet and salty Hoi Sin sauce, paired with crispy waffle for a balanced composition in every bite. Finally, the exceptional Shrimp Gambas showcase some of the best of Spanish culinary delicacies and are a must for garlic lovers. The appetizing assortment of tapas are available at AED 125 for 3, AED 175 for 5 and AED 220 for 9 and are perfectly paired with an excellent selection of Spanish grape served alongside to provide a fully immersive dining experience.
Other irresistible dishes from the charcoal oven include the Bistec Grande and Langosta. The Bistec Grande is an extravagant offering of 1 kilogram of Tomahawk Wagyu, designed for those who dare to dine on the edge. While the aromatic Langosta, is a succulent, juicy lobster tail that is locally sourced and delicately prepared, seared in an ambrosial mix of salted butter to tease and tantalize the palette.
