La Casa del Tango Raises the Curtain on New Brunch Concept
Ultra-chic Tango bar and restaurant, La Casa del Tango will unveil a new and immersive Friday brunch experience called the Arriba Brunch. Launching on the 22nd of October in the heart of DIFC, brunch enthusiasts will be able to enjoy the very best of Argentinian cuisine whilst being entertained by jaw-dropping performances by World Cup Tango champions, curated by Legendary Tango artist and choreographer, Enrique Macana.
Guests can look forward to a delightful sharing menu prepared by Executive Chef Jorge Rivero. Dishes include Empanadas, mini Fugazzeta (stuffed Argentinian-style pizza), Beefecitos (charcoal grilled mini steaks), Beef tartare (chopped Argentinean grass-fed tenderloin), Chorizo a la criolla (Chorizo sausage in creole sauce) and the restaurant’s renowned dessert, an indulgent Domo de dulce de leche (Dulce de Leche mousse, covered with gluten free biscuits, chocolate, almonds, and coffee meringue sticks).
Award-winning Bar Manager, Gaston Fusco, also developed a drinks menu to complement the brunch offering. With three beverage packages available, guests can look forward to inventive cocktails and mocktails such as the Mate & Co (a twist on a G&T using yerba mate – Argentina’s famous tea) and Branca Passion (a fruity and tropical drink made with Argentina’s national drink). A selection of Argentinian grape and hops will also be available.
The Arriba Brunch will launch on Friday 22nd October / 1 – 4pm
