IT’S SHOW TIME! COCA-COLA ARENA CELEBRATES THE RETURN OF LIVE EVENTS WITH BOLLYWOOD IDOL, USTAD RAHAT FATEH ALI KHAN SET TO TAKE THE STAGE ON 21 AND 23 JULY

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 22 June 2021: Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai’s home of live entertainment has officially announced today the return of live events to its stage in City Walk, Dubai.

Coca-Cola Arena, which has put on sell-out events for some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry including Maroon 5, Russell Peters, Westlife, and Tony Robbins is back with a bang as Bollywood idol Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan prepares to take the stage on 21st and 23rd July in partnership with Dubai Summer Surprises.

Promoted & produced by PME Entertainment, Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will be returning to Coca-Cola Arena with two unmissable shows for concertgoers throughout the region. Fans will be able to purchase tickets for soulful and spiritual “Just Qawali” event on July 21st followed by “Just Bollywood” on July 23rd featuring some of the icon’s best-selling Bollywood hits.

Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan commented on his upcoming performances, “Dubai is my second home and each time I perform here is like performing at home. My last commercial concert in December 2019 was in Dubai where I enjoyed performing at the Coca-Cola Arena and I’m equally excited to return back to the same venue. In accordance with current governmental guidelines, Coca-Cola Arena will be working to a maximum capacity of 1,500 guests, with all attendees required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter and follow strict social distancing regulations throughout the event.

In light of Covid-19, Coca-Cola Arena also asks fans to remember Dubai Government’s important message of “we are all responsible” and to not attend a live event if feeling unwell.

Coca-Cola Arena’s new protocols and procedures have been developed considering the guidance provided by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Government Authorities, Dubai Municipality Health & Safety (DMHS), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and international safety guidelines as well as the Arena’s management company, ASM Global.

At the heart of Coca-Cola Arena’s return to welcoming back fans for live performances is VenueShield.

VenueShield is an environmental hygiene protocol that has been implemented across all of ASM Global’s venues around the world and will see a comprehensive, best-in-class program deployed at Coca-Cola Arena providing the very highest levels of cleanliness and safety using advanced hygienic safeguards.
