COYA Dubai reveals sensational Festive Specials
November 19, 2020, United Arab Emirates: The festive season brings with it a wealth of culinary delights and the desire to share them with loved ones. To get into that traditional spirit, COYA Dubai will bring holiday-inspired additions to its famous Latin American menu curated by its world class chefs, available from December 20 to 26.

Devoted to creating dynamic combinations with the finest and freshest ingredients, COYA Dubai’s kitchen will prepare a tantalizing festive a la carte menu and a 5-course prix fixe menu reflecting sensational signature and seasonal flavors such as Ostras con Pepino or Tsarskaya oysters, Oscietra caviar, cucumber; Chuleton T-Bone or wagyu with Peruvian spice rub and red chimichurri; Pollo Espatchock a la Parrilla or butterflied red label chicken with aji mirasol and oregano; Vieira Thermidor or baby scallop with aji amarillo and truffle thermidor; and Chicharron de Col Rizada or crispy kale with special COYA cajun spice.
To top it off, COYA’s pastry chefs have created Regalo de Festiva, a beautiful Andoa chocolate box, with pannettone and clementine for dessert. The festive menu is available all day throughout the week at a price of AED 640 per person.

Advance reservation with pre-order of at least a day prior to booking is required with a minimum reservation of 2 guests to order the Festive Specials and 7 guests for the Festive Menu. Stringent safety measures are in place with a safe physical distance between each table set two meters apart with each table limited to up to five guests.
