THE WOMEN’S SHOW ONLINE EVENT 3rd of November 2020
Nutreema Advertising in continuing its advocacy in reaching out virtually and creating awareness to the community has held another super successful event broadcasted live stream on various Facebook platforms and pages.
The sixth edition of the “Women’s Show Online Event” was shown live on the 3rd of November, over social media, reaching tremendously over 2 million viewers. It was under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Shamma Al Nahyan who gave a heartfelt message of encouragement in her opening speech.
Ms. Rima Sayegh, Founder of the “Women’s Show” reiterated that it is now globally acknowledged that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our world for good. People across the globe are navigating on a daily basis what the ‘new normal’ will look like. The initial denial, confusion and resentment has given way to gradual acceptance that the coronavirus is here to stay and it is up to communities to find ways of living with it by minimizing risk to the greatest extent, both in terms of health as well as social and economic life. The most vital now is to have high hopes that soon this will be over.
The event was initiated by a wonderful song number from Ms. Pascale Machaalani who serenaded the audience with her melodious voice.

Dr. Nahed Jumaa Nasr a dermatologist brought a topic on the natural treatment for eczema, recognizing the triggering factors which may brought by food intolerance, environmental factors or even stress.
The new trend of esthetic veneers was presented by Dr. Rona Rabah who is a specialist conservative & cosmetic dentist. She explained that with a highly esthetic, durable and repairable material, dentists can offer patients a cost-effective restorative option that will serve them well in the long term.
Ms. Antoniette Zalzal – Nutritionist and naturopath presented a topic on : Why does WHO consider aging as a disease? She explained that with increasing life expectancy and the desire to maintain good health in older age for as long as possible (so-called healthy ageing), calls to recognize ageing as a disease that can be treated are increasingly relevant and debated.
Physical trainer/obesity specialist Mr. Mark Mhanna talked about a topic on Spot reduction which refers to the claim that fat in a certain area of the body can be targeted for reduction through exercise of specific muscles in that desired area. He explained further whether this really works or simply a myth.
An exciting contest dedicated for Khazan food products was conducted; the lucky winner was revealed and received a valuable gift along with hampers of products from Khazan. This was followed by raffle draws with some amazing give away including complimentary one night stay for two at the Anantara East Mangrove Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Chef Salwa Shalabi conducted a very interactive cooking show sponsored by Mezzan (featuring Khazan meat & Bliss chips). Bliss products ingredients were made crispy and a healthy snack.
