 Chicago Meatpackers Launch Plant Based Options and US Delicacies in New Seasonal Menu

The all-American style bar & grill now serves plant-powered dishes for the first time



[30 September 2020 – Dubai, UAE] Chicago Meatpackers have launched an exquisite new menu, featuring vegan dishes and delights, to ensure that all guests are catered for. Serving simple food “done right”, the restaurant, bar and grill presents flavoursome new plates to complement the new season and cooler months.


With a contemporary and sleek upgrade, Chicago Meatpackers serves the finest cuts of steak, cooked to preference and perfection, as well as a number of innovative new dishes within its relaxed and ambient interiors.


To start, guests are encouraged to order the Carpaccio, Tempura Mushrooms with labneh aioli, Grilled Bone Marrow, Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Sweetcorn ‘Ribs’. Followed by main courses of certified Angus Beef and the Meatpacker Cuts. Ideal for sharing, the cuts are accompanied by two sides and two sauces, including Parmesan Truffle Fries, Mac & Cheese, Jalapeno Lime Buttered Corn and Charred Broccolini.


The newly launched Plant Powered menu includes a Chicago Dog, made with Beyond Sausage and a sweet pickle relish; the Meatless Short Rib served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable jus; Roast Eggplant with Miso, a warming Mushroom Rigatoni and Possibly The Best Veggie Burger.


Renowned for an innovative approach to burgers ground in-house form a mix of 100% USDA Certified Angus and Australian Wagyu beef, Chicago Meatpackers have now added a Korean Kimchi Burger, with gochujang sauce and onion jam, as well as a Bacon X Egg Burger, improving a classic  with veal bacon and a fried egg.


With a cool rotation of weekly events, Chicago Meatpackers serves a couple’s package for Steaktastic Mondays; Craft Hops & Wings every Tuesday; and The Over Easy Brunch, featuring breakfast classics, Mimosas, Bloody Marys and a bottomless bar on Fridays and Saturdays.
