AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS (AUGUST 2020) – Tommy Hilfiger, which is owned by PVH Corp.  [NYSE: PVH], announces the Fall 2020 TommyXLewis collection, the fifth collaboration with six-time Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula OneTM World Drivers’ Champion and global brand ambassador, Lewis Hamilton. Building on the sustainability journey that Tommy Hilfiger and Lewis Hamilton’s have been on since the start of their partnership, the collection makes positive steps forward in Tommy Hilfiger’s mission to create fashion that Wastes Nothing and Welcomes All by incorporating 100% recycled denim, organic cotton and post-consumer recycled materials into almost 80% of the collection. It also features gender-neutral pieces, celebrating the “Style for All” philosophy at the heart of the collaboration – a belief that great style erases all boundaries in gender, age, ethnicity and body type. The Fall 2020 TommyXLewis collection will be available on and in select TOMMY HILFIGER stores and wholesale locations globally starting September 15, 2020.

The TommyXLewis collaboration is the creative intersection of two worlds: the brand’s strong Americana heritage and Lewis’ contemporary streetwear style, which celebrates iconic designs that embody the modern American spirit. The result is a globally-inspired offering of premier street style. Drawing from the brand’s rich archives, the collection is inspired by iconic archive pieces, which have been reinvented in more sustainable materials, ‘Style for All’ silhouettes and new uplifting messages. As a brand that has always stood for  determined optimism, the Fall 2020 “CREATE UNITY” messaging featured across various styles was chosen to inspire fans to unite for the causes they believe in, and share this message of peace with the world.

Outerwear strikes the perfect modernist balance by contrasting brutalist, utilitarian silhouettes with soft, plush materials like faux suede and recycled down in puffer parkas. Original black-and-white designs add a monochromatic edge to pieces with neutral tonalities, while exciting colorways like bright purple and yellow provide eye-catching pops of color. Workwear-inspired pieces like hiking boots contrast with soft, cozy sets of relaxed track pants, hoodies and sweatpants. With gender-neutral designs and a focus on more sustainable production methods, the Fall 2020 collection takes the messages of style for all and sustainability to new heights.
