IACAD is working to adopt proactive services for mosque patrons
Dubai Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department seeks to achieve Excellency in various societal Islamic services that will raise the expectations of the public and meet their needs, as IACAD works on an initiative to improve proactive services for mosque donors and patrons for the specific categories in the customer service classification.
“IACAD is keen on integration and harmony with the events and developments surrounding the community, by securing approved mechanisms and processes in coordination with the relevant government agencies to improve the services of mosque patrons.” Adel Jumaa Matar, Director of the Customer Service said, noting that no services stopped during the crisis.
“The Corona pandemic was a new challeng, but it did not prevent us from working smoothly without interruption, and IACAD proved its effectiveness, efficiency and readiness to adapt to the changes.” Nouf Ibrahim Al-Madani, Head of Donor Relations section said, explaining that her and her team held 14 remote meeting with mosque donors and patrons to monitor their needs, expectations, and observations.
Al-Madani indicated that the donors and mosque patrons expressed their full readiness through their discussion of the current crisis, post-crisis and the impact on services, to achieve and implement the best security and safety standards as approved by IACAD and in line with the precautionary procedures followed by the competent authorities.
The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department is committed to the precautionary plan in order to contain the virus. It will continue providing its services to the public to meet their needs.
