The acclaimed venue will offer a delectable ceviche platter, available from June 25 to 28, to commemorate the famed dish considered to be a national heritage delicacy in Peru.
With three key ingredients – fresh raw fish, lime juice, and aji chili – as its foundation, COYA Dubai’s range of ceviche dishes draws on Latin American and Japanese-influenced flavors to create a range of mouth-watering choices that are healthy, satisfying, and ideal for sharing.
COYA’s special platter will include a selection of shared signature ceviches such as the Lubina Clasica and Lubina Ecuatoriana (sea bass), Atun Chifa (yellowfin tuna), Pargo a la Truffle (red snapper), Salmon Nikkei (salmon), Dorada al Coco (sea bream), and Hongos (wild mushrooms). With vegetarian and gluten-free options, the special platter prepared by is perfect for sharing with friends and family and is priced at AED 368.
