KFC Thanks Frontline Heroes with More Than 7,200 Iftar Meals
A token of appreciation for doctors, healthcare staff as well as Dubai Police, for their service to the nation on the frontlines of the pandemic
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates: 21 May 2020 – In appreciation of the selfless service of frontline workers and defenders who are committed to the nation’s health and safety, KFC surprised doctors, nurses, police officials, first responders and patient-care staff across the country with more than 7,200 special meals from the world’s most loved chicken kitchen.
This effort by KFC aligns with the Colonel’s vision and the brand’s commitment to support the communities it serves and encourage the spirit of giving and caring during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
As part of this drive, KFC deployed its expert distribution network to safely deliver the Iftar meals to Dubai Police and hospital staff across healthcare facilities of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company, “SEHA” in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
