MasterChef, the TV Experience, is putting its heart and soul into Valentine’s Day with an incredible five-course menu

Dubai, UAE – 21 January 2020: MasterChef, the TV Experience, the world’s first screen-to-plate restaurant concept in Millennium Place Marina, is wearing its heart on its sleeve and offering couples (or singles) a delicious way to mark Cupid’s busiest time of the year.
Running Valentine’s Eve and Valentine’s Day (13 and 14 February), the five-course set menu is on offer for just AED 529 per couple, AED 799 with a bottle of bubbly, or AED 1,299 with a bottle of premium bubbly.
For those looking to really make a night of it, Valentine’s Day stay packages at Millennium Place Marina are perfect for those who’ve had their heart stolen on the biggest night of love. The five-course set menu with an overnight stay comes in at just AED 799 per couple, AED 1,099 for the set menu, an overnight stay and a bottle of bubbly or AED 1,599 for the set menu, an overnight stay and a bottle of premium bubbly.
The Valentine’s journey starts with a decadent sharing amuse bouche of white, yellow, purple and sweet potato, crème fraiche, caviar and chives expertly crafted by Chef Margarita into a lotus flower, before a starter of seared white asparagus, confit lemon and butter emulsion, asparagus and parmesan puree, lemon gel, confit kumquats.
Fall further in love with a choice of mains with either Scallops and Black Rice served with duck speck, confit datterini, tomato powder, green peas puree, or Mushroom and Cheese Mille-Feuille with mixed mushrooms, black truffle, black grapes and whipped Camembert.
Guests can turn up the Valentine’s heat and clear their palette with a Spicy lychee and celery granita, before ending with a touch of sweetness: a sharing dessert of White chocolate and blood orange s’mores.
For regular service, MasterChef, the TV Experience, is open daily for lunch between 12pm-3pm, with daily dinner seating available between 7pm-11pm.
