Back to Basics with Glassing’s Best-Selling Collection: Base

Dubai, United Arab Emirates—Founded in mid 2010, Glassing has had the fortune to grow and expand with edgy, trendsetting sunglass collections that have become best sellers worldwide, and graced the eyes of many celebrities. Fast forward 10 years later, glassing has revealed a total of 10 collections, with their latest series, Base 2, being their top selling collection to date.

Since its release last August, Base 2 has become one of the brand’s most loved collections amongst the public. The highlights of the series are its steel frames, the geometric shapes and its structure. A collection of only three iconic models, each one uses semi-mirrored lenses, bright colors, and metal frames that make them ultra modern. 


The collection has gained the attention of a variety of celebrities and VIPs from former professional football player Rio Ferdinand, who has been seen rocking the Dimension model in gold, and local influencers Farah Adbelaziz and Asma Aloosi have also been spotted wearing the Dimension and Idro models from the Base 2 series.
