Danube Properties completes Dh300 million ‘Royal Magical’ Resortz project

A luxury resort-type residential project, Resortz, will add 444 units to Danube’s portfolio of 1,711 delivered units across 7 projects, out of 5,453 units in 13 projects announced so far

Danube Properties, the UAE-based affordable housing pioneer and one of the most dynamic and popular private real estate developers in the UAE, announces the completion of Resortz, a Dh300 million luxury resorts-style property that hosts 444 residential and retail units.

 

Once hand-over formalities are completed, homeowners could start moving into their luxury homes in the new year to start a new life full of luxury.

 

Located in Arjan – the growing neighborhood close to the famous tourism attraction Miracle Gardens – Resortz is a low-rise luxury residential community that was offered to the market at an affordable price. Resortz was launched in 2017 which was sold out a few weeks after its launch.

 

Resortz is Danube Properties seventh project to have been completed on time, making it one of the best performing real estate developers in the UAE.

Resortz Design Elements

 

Resortz was developed in the form of a five-star luxury resort with green landscaped community space, open swimming pool, water features, outdoor catering, barbecue area and children’s play area, so that the residents feel proud of the facilities on ground.

 

While planning Resortz, one of the key objectives was to make the project stand out from the rest. Its designers took the design inspiration from the neo-classical architecture of the 18th century Europe. The openness it offers creates a community by itself.

 

A dome was created– a very neo-classical architectural feature that one would not see in this part of the world – that makes it unique in many ways.

While designing the project, the architects took into consideration every aspect of the project – the intricacy of the finer elements of the neo-classical architecture – be it windows, doors and the arches – so that it stands out as an example among so many projects.

 

The columns were chosen very carefully from several historic references, such as the historic Piazza del Duomo in Florence, Italy. All these features bode well for the design philosophy that the designers wanted to pursue for the project to create a character for it.

 

In terms of adding the local Emirati feature, the designers have added ghaf tree in the community area – that will constantly remind the residents of the region where they belong. Collectively, all these features make Resortz an exceptional landmark piece of architecture for the UAE’s real estate sector.

 

Resortz also comes with additional lights inside each home and balcony, internal signage with classic English theme – that gives the project a very classic ambience, in line with the overall architectural design theme. It also has a telephone booth and a post box that reflect classical theme. Resortz comes with several flowerpots in the landscape area that adds to the beauty and elegance of a luxurious lifestyle.

 

Amid the crowded residential projects – that look almost similar in design – Resortz offers freshness and will have a passer-by stand and stare at the property.
