Hathi’s Garden Brings Visitors an Indian Tale to a Dubai-Scale Show

Catch the show at Festival Bay until 29th November

Dubai, UAE, 14 November 2019: On 24th October Dubai Festival City Mall launched its newest IMAGINE show “Hathi’s Garden” through an array of festivities that saw more than 25,000 visitors and marked the largest Diwali celebration in Dubai.

If you haven’t seen the show yet, you are in luck as its running daily until 29th November 2019 and free for all visitors to enjoy.
Hathi’s Garden is a remarkable tale about “Hathi” (Hindi for Elephant) who was born amidst the Karnataka forest and reveals some spectacular visuals of India’s famous landmarks. Whilst watching the show, visitors can get a glimpse of the India Gate, the Red Fort, Shahi Bridge, the Gateway of India and the cultural UNESCO World Heritage Site in India, Taj Mahal, on the largest projection mapping in the world.

“Hathi’s Garden” brings Festival Bay visitors a unique story that comes with a great cause in effort of raising awareness on the extinction of elephants in Asia. To support this mission, Dubai Festival City Mall teamed up with the global social enterprise, Elephant Parade, who are exhibiting their 50 colourful life-sized elephant sculptures for the first time in the Middle East. The baby elephant statues displayed across the mall have been created by renowned international artists and celebrities to raise awareness on the need for elephant conservation.

Visitors can explore these elephants across various locations in the mall, both indoor and outdoor. Visitors can also head to the Elephant Parade popup store and purchase memorabilia of their favourite elephant sculpture.
