Dubai’s Top Otology, Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery Event Opens this Wednesday

 Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 4 November 2019: Under the patronage of His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention in the UAE, the 7th edition of the Dubai Otology, Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery Conference and Exhibition – Dubai Otology will be held from the 6th to the 8th of November, 2019 at the Mohammed bin Rashid Academic Medical Center in Dubai.

Running over 3 days, the highly specialized Otology, Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery event in Dubai, will exclusively focus on the most critical ear, head and neck diseases and disorders while also exploring the latest medical research, treatment advances and technologies in the field of Otology.

This year, Dubai Otology features a rich comprehensive agenda featuring 11 scientific sessions on the key trending topics related to Otology, Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery, while also witnessing the presence of 46 experts and lecturers offering in-depth knowledge and sharing their clinical experiences on various case studies in this highly evolving field. In addition, on the sidelines of the conference, Dubai Otology will also feature 2 hands-on workshops benefiting industry experts seeking clinical expertise in their respective fields of Otology. Over the 3-day conference, Dubai Otology is expected to draw over 500 visitors and participants from over 28 countries including the UAE and various other parts of the world.

In its latest edition, the Dubai Otology 2019 conference program presents an inclusive curated content endorsed by its scientific committee and addresses a number of advanced topics for the first time such as, Facial Nerve, Atresia and Microtia Management, Ossiculoplasty; Stapes Surgery, Vertigo, Hearing Loss, Eustachian Tube Surgery, Tinnitus, Skull Base Surgery, Cochlear Implant, and Implantable Hearing Aids. In addition, the conference also focuses on Recent advancement in Skull Base Surgery and Evidence of balloon Eustachian Tube Surgery to name a few other important demand topics.

 

Furthermore, Dubai Otology is featuring its flagship Cadaveric Workshop that will be held on the 8th and 9th of November, 2019 and will be specifically focusing on ‘Basic & Advanced Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). In addition to an Advanced Vestibular workshop focusing on ‘Balance, Hearing and Speech – Language Specialties’.

 

For the benefit of experts and industry professionals, Dubai Otology offers all conference and workshop attendees a chance to earn CME credit points, where the conference provides a total of 24 Credit points while Cadaveric Workshop attendees gain 13 CME points and Advance Vestibular Workshop attendees earn 12 CME points.
