Biriyani wa Kebab opened their restaurant in Karama, Dubai. As the name suggests, Biriyani wa Kebab is all set to serve a select range of biriyanis and kebabs to satiate the taste buds of food lovers in this region.
Located in Karama, Biriyani wa Kebab has all the right ingredients to carve a place for itself among UAE’s food lovers and to be seen as the Emirate’s best value destination for a preferred dining experience that takes biriyanis and kebabs to an absolutely different level. Announcing this in a press conference Mr. Shajeer Parambath, Managing Director of Caviar Restaurants LLC said that the opening of our outlet is a strong testimony to the demand for authentic biriyani and kebab among food lovers and connoisseurs in Dubai.
“Our new restaurant is operational on Shk Khalifa Bin Zayed road in Karama, opp. BurJuman Centre. We chose this location because a close analysis of the diners made us realize the fact that Karama and Bur Dubai are the preferred hubs when it comes to dining. Our restaurant is conveniently located near Burjuman and ADCB metro stations so that diners can reach without any hassles. Moreover, we are well equipped to serve over 140 pax at a time,” he added.
Biriyani wa Kebab will be known for the cuisine range that it offers and the manner in which they have taken the biriyani and kebab concept to a new level. “We are sure that the diners will be ecstatic after tasting after our food. We offer three types of traditional biriyanis – Hyderabadi, Lucknowi and Malabari. We have different chefs to make these biriyanis which ensure authenticity. Authentic biriyani from theses parts of India is what is going to set us apart from other restaurants in the region. Apart from biriyani we also have our signature Tundey ki Galouti and Shikampoor kebabs. Our juicy kebabs, served with shermal roti, come with flavours that will tingle the taste buds of food lovers. We also have a range of breads cooked on fire baked ovens as well as a variety of desserts,” he observed.
According to Shajeer a lot of efforts have been put in place to enhance the offerings to customers. “We provide pan Indian cuisine in a relaxing and refreshing ambience. We have an open kitchen in place. Morever, the ambience in our restaurant and our attractive prices makes dining at Biriyani wa Kebab a delightful dining experience at a pocket friendly cost,” he added.
