14th October 2019, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: In the changing business landscape and employee culture, the region is fast moving towards adopting innovative & latest HR practices including streamlining HR operations with AI and digitization, expanding the concept of wellness and creating a people centric culture.
Supporting the regions vision of building a robust & future ready workforce, the prestigious GCC GOV HR Awards, held in conjunction with the 7th Annual GOV HR Summit, will once again recognize regions’ leading organizations, HR leaders and decision makers’ for ground-breaking innovations, their significant growth strategies, for exemplary leadership in the industry and for raising the benchmark of people performance. The awards is an exclusive, by-invitation only gathering that will take place on October 16, 2019 at Rixos Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This year, the summit has also introduced new categories to the awards list which include HR innovation of the year, Woman leader of the year, Best employee benefit and well-being strategy, Outstanding public sector innovation and Best leadership development program.
The awards will be judged by an esteemed panel of judges comprising of independent experts, analysts, HR experts, journalists, academicians.
