Become a master chef in Arabic Cuisine in Solo
Hassan Abdallah, new Executive Chef at Raffles Dubai, introduces a series of Arabic cooking classes, getting you in the mood and kitchen ready for Ramadan. The hands-on classes will have foodies whipping up authentic and delicious dishes like a pro, teaching how to cook flavoursome local and Middle Eastern classics from scratch such as Warak Enab (stuffed grape leaves), Baba Ghanoush (eggplant puree) and Kebbeh Bel Laban (bulgur and meat balls in yoghurt) while demonstrating professional culinary skills. After an action-packed afternoon behind the scenes in the kitchen, the master chefs will sit down with their fellow foodies for a private lunch in Solo and enjoy the tasty meal they have prepared.
The Arabic Cooking Masterclasses take place at Solo from 11.00am to 2pm upon request between April 1st till the start of Ramadan and are priced at AED 230 per person (inclusive of soft drinks).
Classes must be booked 24 hours in advance for a minimum of six guests and groups up to 30 guests.
Break your fast the perfect way at Azur
Gather your family and friends and enjoy a traditional Arabic feast at Azur. With over 30 years’ culinary experience, Executive Chef Hassan Abdallah, leads the Iftar preparations and his passion for cooking authentic Arabic cuisine will ensure a dining experience to remember. Indulge in a sumptuous array of Iftar favourites including hot and cold mezzeh, fresh salads, lamb ouzi and Arabic mixed grills, as well as dedicated shawarma, manakish, soup and carving stations. For dessert, sample an array of oriental sweet delicacies including Umm Ali, Kunafa and sticky date pudding. A delicious variety of international dishes will also be available, featuring salads, Indian and Asian cuisine, European roast meats and mouth-watering desserts and cakes. To complement your Iftar experience, a designated beverage station serves a range of classic Ramadan juices such as Tamarind, Qamar al deen, Jallab and Karakade.
Iftar is served daily in Azur restaurant throughout Ramadan, from sunset until 10:30pm.
Iftar is priced at AED 205 per person inclusive of Ramadan juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
Children under the age of six dine for free (one per two paying adults) and AED 95 for children aged six to 12.

Satisfy your Sohour sweet cravings at Raffles Salon
During the holy month of Ramadan, Raffles Salon offers Arabian Sweet Temptations during Sohour hours with an unlimited selection of fresh Arabic sweets such as Kunafa with cheese, Kellaj, Katayef with nuts, Sahlab including a choice of coffee or tea for just AED 95per person.

Unwind and reflect this Ramadan at Raffles Spa

As the face requires more attention and protection during the warmer months, Raffles spa also offers a 60–minute deep cleansing facial customised to all skin types. This luxurious facial incorporates exfoliation, cleansing massage to promote circulation and a nourishing mask leaving the skin smooth, soft and firm.
The 60-minute Deep Cleansing Facial is priced at AED 350 per person, available daily from 11am till 10pm.
