That is the message being delivered by industry experts in the lead up to this year’s ATD Middle East Conference and Exhibition, which takes place from 14 – 15 April at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC Hotel, Dubai, UAE.
The world’s largest talent development association – the Association for Talent Development (ATD) based out of the United States and KNect365 – an Informa business, partner to deliver the 4th edition of the Middle East’s pioneering event for talent and learning professionals.

On the second day, best-selling author and dubbed “one of the top 25 most influential management scholars”, Dan Cable from London Business School will open the day with a deep-dive session on how to develop agile leaders to help unlock employee productivity and drive business value.
