The annual event, which will return from 21 February to 9 March, is the emirate’s largest celebration of cuisine, enhancing its reputation as a premier dining destination.

Bring friends and family for a delectable meal at a steal during ‘Foodie Hour’ on weekdays from 3-5pm during the festival. Collaborating restaurants, including Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, The Butcher Shop, Super Chix and Ocean Basket, will have a Buy One Get One Free on ‘Foodie Hour’ items.

Step up your ‘foodstagramming’ game by snapping your mouth-watering meal with the backdrop of a visually appealing placemat at participating outlets. Share it on Instagram and Facebook with #CCMiFoodie for a chance to win an AED500 Mall GiftCard daily. The best image from the entire campaign will receive an AED10,000 GiftCard. A selection of photographs shared by diners will be reposted on LED screens at the mall during the festival, as well.

Diners can go on a food journey at the mall with innovative dining outlets, including Middle Eastern outlets include Awani, South African steakhouse The Butcher Shop & Grill, Super Chix, plus SushiArt, the creation of Michelin-starred chef Kei Kobayashi.

Those with a sweet tooth should also follow City Centre Mirdif’s social media channels, on which Sukkar (‘sugar’ in Arabic), the Middle Eastern confectioner, will share a video on Khaleeji candy-making.
