February 2019, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Al Ghurair Retail has introduced a customer happiness program in the run up to Valentine’s Day for 2019.

The very first group initiative of its kind, Al Ghurair Retail along with participating brands including Springfield, an urban casual fashion brand hailing from Spain and The Face Shop, renowned Korean skincare brand known for its philosophy of fusing nature and science for their product lines. Through this initiative the group will be rewarding customers for their years of loyalty and support with an exclusive makeover opportunity and fulfil their vision of imparting quality service and touch the lives of their customers on a personal level, whilst showcasing the spirit of ‘giving back’ to their customers.
The campaign will involve working with a host of prominent influencers from the region who will help select two couples from the region to win exclusive makeovers from both participating brands just ahead of 14th February. The initiative will be carried out via popular social media channels, Instagram & Facebook in the region to reach out the brand(s) customer base.

The initiative which is set to roll out in the month of February 2019 and will follow the journey of both the winning couples through the stores and their makeover process. With the help of the makeover initiative, Al Ghurair Retail Group is looking forward to bring forth real value to its customers by engaging and educating them on the brands, their heritage and story.
