Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 21st November 2018: Mall shoppers and lucky fans received a surprise yesterday as they caught a glimpse of reality TV star, Paris Hilton, arriving at Dubai Festival City mall for the official launch of her new fragrance, Platinum Rush, now available at brands4u. Returning to Dubai after almost a decade, the beauty mogul hosted an exclusive VIP event at the store, showcasing her newest fragrance venture and taking photos with guests.
