DUBAI, UAE, NOVEMBER 2018: Marks & Spencer and Al-Futtaim have an exciting announcement for customers in Dubai, UAE, with the introduction of its very first range of meat and poultry, available in selected Marks & Spencer Foodhalls across Dubai.

Marking a major step forward for customers in terms of choice and quality, this new range launches into stores this week with a comprehensive selection of fresh beef, lamb and chicken. The range comprises 18 delicious cuts, with the beef and lamb from New Zealand and chicken from the UK. All sourced to Marks & Spencer’s leading standards, using suppliers M&S know and trust.

Customers will now be able to use M&S for a complete shop; choosing from a range of high quality, premium cuts – ideal for every cooking occasion. From simple midweek, healthy suppers for the whole family to enjoy using flavoursome Lamb Cutlets or deliciously lean Chicken Breasts – to a perfectly aged Rib Eye Steak or a traditional family Roasting Joint with all the trimmings.

The quality is exactly as one would expect from M&S; all M&S meat and poultry products will be fresh and not previously frozen and produced to the very highest standards of food safety and quality, working in collaboration with suppliers and farmers M&S have worked with for many years.

Stephen Rayfield, Vice President of Marks & Spencer MENA and Asia, said: “This is a terrific milestone for us, we are thrilled to be launching this new range to our customers having worked tirelessly for nearly three years to perfect the offering. We are confident we are offering customers some of the best value and quality fresh meat and poultry possible.”

Since the launch of its fresh food in 2015, Marks & Spencer has expanded its exceptional food catalogue, bringing favourites from the United Kingdom to its customers in the UAE, including Scottish Lochmuir™ Salmon, Fairtrade, 100% Colombian Arabica Coffee and the award-winning Cornish Cruncher. Marks & Spencer consistently listens to its customers and now the highly anticipated new meat and poultry range builds on the growing demand for Marks & Spencer’s food in the UAE.

Marks & Spencer’s beef and lamb will be available from November 21st and the chicken will be available from 24th November. The ranges can be found in five M&S Foodhalls in Dubai, including Dubai Festival City, Marina Walk, Ibn Batutta, The Springs and Mall of the Emirates.
