Sprawling across 12,000 sq.ft. area, Doors has a seating capacity up to 400 people with an exquisite blend of a royal ambience and modern fixtures, creating a scintillating atmosphere for an extravagant dining experience.
The restaurant is distinctively spread over six prolific zones, each offering a unique experience of its own. This gives the diners an opportunity to dine at different settings within the same restaurant every single time. The VVIP enclosed Majilis area has been designed to host private gatherings. Sheesha enthusiasts can enjoy unique flavours at the Sheesha zone while listening to some great music. Guests who love to enjoy the winter chills can dine al fresco overseeing the gorgeous Al Seef waterfront. Diners can also watch the Chef in action or enjoy a host of refreshing drinks at the Mocktail Bar.
The restaurant serves a global fusion menu, featuring dishes from various international cuisines with a contemporary twist yet swearing by the authentic flavors of the ingredients. Chef Kemal, the Head Chef at Doors restaurant who originally hails from Turkey, opened his first restaurant in Shenzhen, followed by Guangzhou, China. A self-taught chef, Chef Kemal has mastered the art of customizing the food in accordance with the diners’ tastes and palates, while ensuring the original flavour of the dish is still retained.
Commenting on the opening his restaurant in the Emirate of Dubai, Chef Kemal said, “We are truly thrilled to launch our first restaurant in the GCC. Dubai, being the global culinary hub is a competitive yet exciting market.
