(NOVEMBER 2018) With 2019 just around the corner excitement is high! Wondering how to celebrate the New Year? Gaucho DIFC has you covered thanks to their specially curated, mouth watering New Year’s Eve Brunch Gala that will ensure you start off this special occasion, just right.

It’s hard to believe another year is drawing to a close, however Gaucho DIFC is ensuring you wrap up 2018 on a delicious high. Add an Argentine fiesta to your celebration and gather family and friends for a delicious feast. Begin the evening soaking up the New Year’s atmosphere on the beautiful outdoor terrace over a drink or two prior to indulging in a plethora of shared starters, from Braised Beef Back Ribs andTuna Ceviche to Argentinian King Prawns and Watermelon Salad. Having sufficiently tickled the tasted buds, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to the main course. Indulge in Pan Seared SalmonFillet Steak or Asparagus Risotto and finish off the evening’s delights with a dessert platter to share, includingDulce de Leche and Chocolate BrowniesChocolate Truffles and Malbec poached Plums.

sauce with sesame seeds, fresh orange

Avocado, feta, chilli, mint, basil and toasted almonds with a lemon dressing
