Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, GAIA, set to open mid-October
GAIA, the highly anticipated Greek-Mediterranean restaurant is set to open its doors in the third week of October 2018.
Named after the Greek Goddess of Earth, each aspect of GAIA resonates with the sun, mountains and the sea, promising to provide a contemporary Greek getaway within the heart of DIFC.
The home-grown brand is created by Chef Izu Ani and Bulldozer Group. GAIA is filled with alluring aspects and intricate detailing, including an innovative souvenir shop and an exclusive Chef’s Table. Filled with hidden details, reminiscent of the Greek islands, GAIA serves flavor and memories with a wholesome ambiance.
GAIA is set to open in DIFC Gate Village, Building 4, in Mid-October 2018.
