H Retreats welcomes you to take a full day off, for self-love, to experience Wellness Saturday. It’s time to recharge your mind, body and spirit.
Find a place of calm, have time for reflection, expand your health awareness and personal growth. This special wellness event day happens only once a month, so make sure you don’t miss out!
The day is a sanctuary for peace, mindfulness and healthy living at various venues across the UAE. Try it out and treat yourself! There’s a ladies’ day and a mixed group to choose from. Come solo or invite your partner, a friend, or even two.
H Retreats Saturday wellness programme starts from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Each monthly programme focuses on particular health and wellness themes, for instance, “An Introduction to Holistic Living.” The following months ahead will dedicate the day to other various topics such as nutrition, body perception, holistic pregnancy, a holistic approach to parenthood, and holistic alternatives to help recover from cancer.
Wellness Saturday is a full day of nurturing and learning – guided by experienced therapists, knowledgeable teachers and qualified doctors. Every Wellness Saturday includes a healthy, delicious three-course lunch with fresh juices throughout the day. The package also includes a morning or evening meditation session (for all levels), yoga (in various styles, from Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin – among others), educational workshops and personal one-on-one consultations and sessions.

Wellness Saturday runs from 9:00am – 5:30pm and costs AED 800 (+ AED45 transaction charge) per person.
