Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 1 October 2018: Big Chefs, Dubai’s popular family-friendly restaurant, invites the city’s foodies on a delightful culinary journey across Turkey with its new menu that features over 90 traditional and contemporary dishes.

Available across the eatery’s outlets at Boxpark, The Beach and Riverland from October 2018, the menu presents a wide range of breakfast options. Early risers can treat themselves to a traditional Serpme – a veritable feast of fried eggs, pan-fried sojouk and halloumi, grilled beef sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, seedless green olives, black olives, feta cheese, aged kashkaval cheese, smoked cheese, butter, honey and clotted cream, raspberry jam, tahini and grape molasses, Nutella, simit (Turkish sesame bagel), homemade French fries, and fried bread.

Among other house favourites are the healthy Saksuka, and the hearty Simit and Fried Eggs accompanied by kashkaval cheese, sojouk, and garden veggies.

When it comes to lunch and dinner options, healthy eaters are sure to enjoy the refreshing Gavurdagi Avocado Salad – a medley of tomatoes, red onions, mint, cucumbers, green peppers, avocado, spring onion, parsley, lime zest, and walnuts with pomegranate dressing. Diners can also choose from a selection of sumptuous Pides (Turkish flatbread) in flavours including four cheeses, minced meat and egg, Soujuk, and spinach and feta.

For mains, meat lovers can choose the Kebab Durum, a chopped mixed beef-and-lamb wrap with charcoal-grilled meatballs on skewers, complemented by moutabel, onions, parsley, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and French fries. Gourmets who are in the mood for the full Turkish kitchen experience can opt for the mouth-watering Chargrilled Beef Tenderloin, finished at the table, and served with butter and flatbread. Seafood fans will delight in the heavenly Simit-Crusted Seabass with tabbouleh, lemon, and homemade potatoes.

Big Chefs’ dessert menu includes classic delicacies, such as the Katmer – filo pastry sweets with pistachio, clotted cream, and ice cream, prepared at the table – or the Vanilla Ice Cream and Semolina Halva Cup with hot chocolate sauce and Oreo cookies.
