Mr. Nelson Edward, Sales & Marketing Manager – System Networks and Communications, Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa (PMMAF) commented, “The launch of the latest model from our KX series HD visual communication solutions certainly enhances our portfolio catering to the communication segment. Harnessing Panasonic’s expert image and sound technologies cultivated in the development of various AV products over the years, the KX-VC2000 boasts advanced features that effectively blend and optimize visual and audio capabilities, thus delivering immersive virtual meeting experiences like no other. With Panasonic’s unmatched commitment to innovation, we are confident that we are well-positioned to deliver a complete video conference experience at highly cost-effective price to customers across key verticals, among them healthcare, education, manufacturing, corporate and hospitality.”
The KX-VC2000 HDVC System can connect up to 24 sites simultaneously without requiring the purchase of expensive MCUs (Multi-point Connection Units). It can connect via intranet or Internet, thus enabling multi-site videoconferencing with a client or with people in distant locations via a range of devices including smartphones and tablets. Even with these multiple connections, users are assured of a vivid and realistic videoconference experience videoconference as similar and as collaborative as to those meetings where the participants are in the same room.
The strength of the KX-VC2000 lies in its ability to offer higher streaming resolution while requiring less bandwidth for video data transmission for multi-user video conferencing. With a bandwidth of 256 kbps or higher, it can deliver high-resolution Full-HD 1080p images. Even changes in facial expressions can be seen clearly, while gestures, actions and quick motions appear smoothly for high-quality communication.
The KX-VC2000 HDVC System is also equipped with a full-duplex audio in wideband stereo that allows high-quality sound to fill the room with clarity. It also features a unique echo canceller that prevents echoes and howling. More so, clients are assured there will be hardly any delays or interruptions even when two people speak at the same time, therefore promising smooth, natural conversations as if you were all in the same room.
Generation of packet losses is prevented by the rate control, and lost packets are restored by the combined use of the forward error correction and automatic repeat request control. Even if the bandwidth decreases after communication starts, clear communication is maintained according to the communication line condition. There are minimum image disruptions and audio interruptions, and the connection stays stable even with a low bandwidth, thus allowing users to enjoy stress-free video conferencing.
Engineered for ease of use, the KX-VC2000 ensures accurate communication of information with less hassle. It supports H.239/BFCP dual streaming to simultaneously transmit the home location image and to simultaneously receive the image of a distant site and a PC document image. It features a triple monitor function, which can display a PC document, the image at a distant site and the image of the home location separately on three monitors, therefore facilitating efficient understanding and provides effective visual communication.
The image of a product sample or parts captured with a sub camera can be shown to other parties during a videoconference. The clear, high-resolution images displayed by the HDVC System allow close examination of material textures and small that are difficult to see with the bare eyes.
Panasonic’s KX HDVC System series allows effective visual communication without restrictions on time or place and it flexibly responds to a wide range of communication needs in various fields. View the whole product series at https://panasonic.net/cns/psn/products/hdvc/
