They offer the right motivation, the knowledge and exercise methods to help you reach your fitness goals, so finding the right ones is extremely important to ensure you are on the right journey to achieving just that. Reform Athletica, the new boutique fitness studio in Jumeriah, pride themselves in having the best trainers in town, all of whom are on hand to help you accomplish and succeed in becoming the best version of yourself.

Regardless of your fitness level, our professional trainers will have you leaving our fitness studio feeling extremely motivated, confident and will have you coming back for more. Each carry the Reform Athletica brand ethos of having a very passionate approach to bringing effective group training techniques as well as quality coaching and an overall balanced wellness approach to the developing Dubai fitness scene. Each instructor has a wonderfully different background and all are originally from different sides of the world coming together to Dubai to offer only the very best in the region.

Meet the wonderful trainers at Reform Athletica:

Roberto Julio (Head Trainer): Born and raised in Germany, Roberto moved to London in 2010 to continue his professional life within the fitness industry. After time training at high end clubs in London, Roberto later entered the boutique fitness domain when joining Heartcore Fitness where he was first introduced to the dynamic Pilates Heartcore method by Jess Schuring. He immediately recognized the power of this amazing training style and the benefits
it offered for a multitude of clients and has continued ever since. Roberto is all about the meaningful connections and relationships that he forms as well as delivering an exceptional experience. You will find him heading up the training team at Reform Athletica doing what he does best… “sharing some tough love”.

Manal Rostom: Aka Egypt’s most prominent female mountaineer and marathoner that has achieved many firsts for Arab and Egyptian women, from being the first Hijabi woman to be featured in an international Nike campaign, to being the first Egyptian woman to run the Great Wall Marathon. Manal has reached five mountain tops, two of which are Kilimanjaro and Elbrus which are considered as two of the seven highest mountains on each continent, as well as run eight full marathons around the world including NYC & China Wall Marathon. Manal is a certified level 3 Personal Trainer, a Nike Trainer and Nike run Club Coach as well as a Les Mills certified RPM instructor and Body Balance as well as TRX Certified.

Sarah Zakzouk: With a background in STOTT Pilates and a passion for all things sport, Sarah believes in a holistic approach to fitness – merging the principles of Pilates with the benefits of other training methods to achieve goals. Sarah also advocates the feel-good factor when it comes to fitness, and while it will be a challenge, it should also be good fun. You will find Sarah teaching weekend classes at Reform Athletica, or wake surfing at the beach just around the corner from the studio.

Louise Whiles: Louise left home at the age of 18 to pursue a career as a dancer, in which she was overjoyed to gain the opportunity of travel around the world working on Cruise Ships. Wanting more of a stable lifestyle, yet continue to be able to travel, this brought Louise to Dubai to pursue a job in the fitness industry. Now a qualified Barre, Pilates and PT Instructor Louise continues in wanting to help others achieving their fitness goals.
