Publique, the only French restaurant located in Madinat Jumeirah boasts a seriously cool, Alpine themed interior that will make you forget all about the sweltering heat outside!

Did you experience that all too familiar pang of anxiety when your once beautifully cool outdoor dining experience, wasn’t all that pleasant anymore? Alas, Summer has snuck in and stolen our dear friend Winter like a thief in the night!

Whilst many restaurants are ill equipped to deal with the soaring Summer temps, the team at Publique headed up by ski-obsessed French owners, Jonathan & Julien, relish the opportunity to showcase their cool and quirky Alpine themed interior, that is inspired by the ultimate ski lodge, complete with gondola DJ both and ski lift seating. Panelled walls complete with ski paraphernalia and a roaring fire (LED of course!) will transport you to the cosy feels of the French Alps.

According to Tripadvisor, out of nearly 10,000 listed restaurants in Dubai, Publique is # 20 and for good reason! In addition, Publique is the only licenced French restaurant for quite a distance- with the closest venue being their older sister, Bistro Des Arts located in Dubai Marina.

Publique offers a daily evening brunch and happy hour, as well as the a la carte menu packed with delicious French food- including the gloriously gooey, cheese raclette and cheese fondue sharing concept.

These dishes have become massively popular in Dubai given that they are available in few other venues, with guests often seeking the ultimate ‘food experience’. As well as being incredibly instagrammable, they are authentic and most importantly, delicious.


  • 3- hour evening brunch will take place daily, including Friday and Saturday, with a minimum booking of 6 people

Brunch goers can choose a main of their choice, including: the PIERADE– a hot stone on which guests can cook their own meat, fish and veg, the RACLETTE TOI offering an avalanche of delicious, dripping cheese slathered on buttered potatoes and cured meats or FONDUE SAVOYARDE mopped up by crunchy croutons.
