Nikon features in top 10 brands in Brand Intimacy report 2018
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 4th April 2018; Nikon, pioneer in camera equipment and technology, have secured a position in the top ten brands that have successfully created a relationship with their customers that goes beyond functional exchanges.
The brand intimacy study by MBLM rates several brands by their performance in 2018 based solely on the emotive traits that the brands have exhibited in their performance.
The report stated that not only did customers identify with the brand and felt a sense of fulfilment, but the purchase also evoked feelings of nostalgia. It also revealed that Nikon had the highest level of intimacy, fusing, with its audience. As compared to 2017, the brand had a significant rise in its net promoter score. “I am Nikon” seemed to resonate with the audience, the study suggested, a testimony to its fidelity to photography. The study also touched on how the brand is on a steady rise in recent years and its superior quality makes it an indulgence purchase for its buyers. The study also took into account its brand loyalty in the market and concluded that it indeed performed better than its closest competitor.
