To promote ‘next-generation’ automated shopping, Union Coop introduces first ever ‘self-help’ device in the Middle East
March 19th, 2018 | Dubai, UAE –Union Coop – the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE, launched its first-ever electronic self-help device in the Middle East at ‘Al Barsha Mall’. This automated device will allow Shareholders and Normal Customers, to carry out purchases and other several transactions without any assistance or even travel for that matter.

The customer support service is available through ‘video conferencing’, which enables a customer to seek help at any point in time during his/her transaction.
