Hoi An will serve a special menu of crab specialties until March 26th.

Abu Dhabi, 28 February 2018 –Ta Van Ninh, new Executive Chef at Hoi An, has introduced a limited-time seasonal menu until March 26th for those who love crab-based dishes.

The award-winning Vietnamese restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi welcomes all to sample a wide variety of authentic home-cooked delicacies as the locals would enjoy in the vibrant streets of the restaurant’s hometown.

Ta Van Ninh, executive chef at Hoi An, said: “We have hand-picked some of the top favourite dishes in Vietnam and given it our signature Shangri-La twist. The finest ingredients and freshest produce are at the centre of the culinary experience at Hoi An and we invite our guests to enjoy these special crab dishes.”

Hoi An offers two options on the crab menu. Guests can either opt for the wok-fried fresh mud crab in their choice of sauce for AED 158* or go for the special set menu for AED 178*.

The four-course set menu kicks off with a crispy Vietnamese crab spring roll, which is followed by a serving of crab and corn soup. For mains, there is the Alaskan king crab with two choices of sauces – black pepper or tamarind. Giving the menu a sweet finish is the traditional roasted banana dessert served with passion fruit sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
