United Arab Emirates, January 2018: Award-winning Mexican hotspot Loca Dubai and Abu Dhabi is set to launch a new fresh menu, in addition to the signature a la carte offering, starting from 1 February 2018.

Catering to the venue’s fiesta loving audience, the new menu promotes wellness and high energy levels for the UAE’s health conscious diners. Loca’s renowned Chef Juan Flores has designed the menu, inspired by the richness and diversity of Latin American flavourful, garden-fresh ingredients. Nutritious dishes featured include the Rocca and Napalitos salads.

A highlight, the Papaya Aguacate Ensalada, presents a colourful salad mix of the South Mexican originating exotic papaya fruit, cottage cheese and freshly prepared, avocado dressing from the Loca kitchen. Health and vitality focused ingredients throughout the new menu boast benefits such as, high fibre, protein richness, and abundant vitamins, minerals and antioxidant properties, supporting optimum wellness and energy levels.

Nutrient-dense, oxtail bone broth is showcased in The Caldo De Buey dish, containing key minerals that support the immune system and healthy skin re-generation, encompassing healing compounds such as collagen, glutamine, glycine and proline. Further dishes that are set to become legendary include the Sopa De Tomate and Burrito Salad, with tastes that take guests on a culinary journey all the way to vibrant Mexico.

The light new menu is available, alongside the classic a la carte Loca menu, across all UAE venues from 1 February 2018, with dishes starting from AED 59.
